I’m Paul McGrath, founder of Oakwood Managing Company, which I set up late in 2022. I’ve worked in the maintenance / management sector for over 20 years and have been lucky enough to build a career doing what I love — creating well-run, well-finished projects for clients.

I started my first company, Oxford Property Management, back in 2006 and looked after some of the city’s most valuable properties during the boom years. Later, I took on a senior role with Comer Group Ireland, where I spent over 11 years managing large-scale maintenance and refurbishment projects across the country.

In 2022, I decided to go out on my own again — starting small with just myself and two lads doing refurb jobs. Since then, we’ve become one of the most trusted companies in our industry working for the biggest names nationally and some internationally.
